Lea is currently on maternity leave and will be returning November 1st. She is fully booked until December. There will be no waitlist available until further notice. Feel free to book the next available appointment or see one of our other talented stylists in her absence.

At Trio Evanston, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you feel that you are unhappy with your cut or color, we ask that you reach out within 7 days of your service for a complimentary adjustment at no cost to you.
Cancellation Policy
Please cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment to allow us to fill the appointment window.
- Cancelling within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a 50% charge of your service price.
- Failing to call and not attending your appointment will result in a 100% charge of your service price.
All service fees are charged at management and stylist discretion.
Trio Evanston implements a $5 fee for each visit
Why/Breakdown:
- $3 of this fee goes toward our recycling program (Green Circle) that helps us divert up to 95% of our beauty waste from landfills and waterways. This includes packaging, foils, excess hair color, and even cut hair.
- $2 of this fee will go toward supporting our staff. With the Paid Leave for All Workers Act (PLAWA 2024), this will go into an account to pay our staff when they're in need of a day off for any reason (i.e. family emergencies, bearevement, illness).
