Clients of Lea Novak:
Lea will be on maternity leave from late August to mid November. Her books are full, waitlist is closed and she will not be accepting any appointments until November. Feel free to book with any of our stylists in her absence or call for a recommendation.

All product sales are final
A credit card is required in order to book an appointment
Cancellation Policy
Please cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment to allow us to fill the appointment window.
- Cancelling within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a 50% charge of your service price.
- Failing to call and not attending your appointment will result in a 100% charge of your service price.
All service fees are charged at management and stylist discretion.
Trio Evanston implements a $5 fee for each visit
Why/Breakdown:
- $3 of this fee goes toward our recycling program (Green Circle) that helps us divert up to 95% of our beauty waste from landfills and waterways. This includes packaging, foils, excess hair color, and even cut hair.
- $2 of this fee will go toward supporting our staff. With the Paid Leave for All Workers Act (PLAWA 2024), this will go into an account to pay our staff when they're in need of a day off for any reason (i.e. family emergencies, bearevement, illness).
