Due to construction on Central Street (March-October 2025), there will be no parking in front of the salon. Please allow yourself extra time to find parking. We apologize for any inconvenience.

All product sales are final

A credit card is required in order to book an appointment

At Trio Evanston, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you feel that you are unhappy with your cut or color, we ask that you reach out within 7 days of your service for a complimentary adjustment at no cost to you.

 

Cancellation Policy:
Please cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment to allow us to fill the appointment window.

  • Cancelling within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a 50% charge of your service price.
  • Failing to call and not attending your appointment will result in a 100% charge of your service price.

*If your card on file is inactive, you will be required to pay the cancellation fee over the phone before booking your next appointment. Online booking will be disabled until paid. All cancellation fees are charged at management and stylist discretion.

 

$5 Service Fee Breakdown (per visit):

  • $3 goes toward our recycling program (Green Circle) that helps us divert up to 95% of our beauty waste from landfills and waterways. This includes packaging, foils, excess hair color, and even cut hair.
  • $2 go toward supporting our staff. With the Paid Leave for All Workers Act (PLAWA 2024), this will go into an account to pay our staff when they're in need of a day off for any reason (i.e. family emergencies, bearevement, illness).

 

Gratuity:

  • Cash is preferred and always appreciated
  • If needed, our POS system allows you to add gratuity on the card
